Jackson's journey started with three goals: help people, support his family, and build something of his own. From earning his real estate license to wholesaling properties in New Orleans, managing leases in Omaha, underwriting multifamily deals, and becoming a hard money lender and community mentor — Jackson has lived every side of the real estate deal.

Erin was born and raised in Omaha, and her roots in the city run deep. With a lifelong connection to the community, she has an innate understanding of the people, neighborhoods, and stories that make the area unique.
At EPG, she manages transaction operations and guides buyers through each step of the process — from first conversation to closing day. With a sharp eye for detail and a people-first mindset, Erin makes sure clients feel informed, supported, and confident in their decisions. Her local roots and commitment to genuine service make her a trusted partner in one of life’s biggest milestones.
